staff-pamelaPamela Goodman’s for profit business career began at Macy’s, Inc.where she spent seven years elevating her experience and positions. Recruited by The Limited, Inc., she rose to the position of President/CEO of Limited Express growing it in 13 years from the newest and smallest division to the largest and most profitable division. Her responsibility oversaw 850 stores and produced $1.5 billion in revenue. At 39, she was the youngest woman to hold a CEO position of a division of a Fortune 100 corporation. Relocating to Palm Beach County Florida, Goodman then devoted her time and service to various philanthropic and social issues including serving on several local boards and volunteering with Junior Achievement, Trustbridge Hospice Care, Bethesda Hospital, NPR and PBS and The Homeless Coalition. Concurrently, she spent several years from 2002-2018 serving in various leadership positions with League of Women Voters Palm Beach County, LWVFlorida and LWVUS.

League is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to civic education and engagement with a priority on voting rights and election integrity. She led the redistricting effort in Florida for League and the ensuing litigation that produced maps accepted by the Florida Supreme Court in 2015. In April, 2018 Goodman moved from President, LWVFlorida to President/CEO Ruth’s List Florida whose mission is to identify, recruit and train Democratic, pro choice women to run for elected office. In the 2018 election cycle, the organization doubled their victories over the previous 10 years. The 2020 cycle had over 100 women endorsed by the organization.

Goodman is currently founder and CEO of Channel Strategies, LLC, a business, organization and political consulting firm. She is also Senior Adviser to the law firm Weiss, Handler and Cornwell, PA.

Her honed areas of strength and talent include strategic planning, financial oversight and revenue increase with responsibility to shareholders and donors alike, branding and marketing, human relations and diversity growth and public speaking.
