Apartment investment firm acquires communities in Boca Raton

Bell at Broken Sound

The Cade and The Lumin, two apartment communities in Boca Raton, were recently acquired by a major apartment investment firm. Bell Partners Inc., one of the largest apartment investment firms in the U.S. with 63,000 units under management, announced that the two properties will be merged into one community that will be called the Bell at Broken Sound. The two apartment communities were built in the last two years and comprise 90 rental townhomes and 180 apartments.
